I would like to thank the Brighton Consulting team for their assistance in the development of a new website for Heritage Isle Credit Union.

The credit union required a new website which resonated with Heritage Isle’s corporate look and feel. We considered carefully our options, in particular a website provider who could not only give us a modern website, but also one that would assist us with marketing for the site. The Brighton Consulting team created a website for us that truly matched our corporate profile and filled the gap in our marketing strategy.

The project management for the site was excellent. From the date of initial engagement to now, Brighton Consulting’s skilled team of professionals have provided us with ongoing support and maintained a communication environment, where nothing is too much to ask. In particular their communications have been second to none, with their allocated project manager - Tiffany Glover - in regular contact with us, to ensure that planned milestones are met within time frames.

The site itself, is fantastic, and since its launch there has been a major spike in online applications. From our old site we would receive approximately 5 enquiries per month. Our new site has generated in a six week period 40 loan applications and 10 savings enquiries both from existing and non members.

The website is easy to use and navigate and our members love it!

This project is a huge success and a giant leap forward for Heritage Isle Credit Union in the provision of providing ecommerce products for our members as well as attracting new members with excellent marketing graphics and promotions.
