What is the eBusiness Service?

Brighton Consulting's eBusiness Service, is a unique ebusiness resource purpose-built for Australian credit unions and other mutual ADIs. It provides an integrated ebusiness support service for websites, intranets and online marketing.

The eBusiness Service is the largest supplier of integrated online services to credit unions and mutual ADIs in Australia. We currently support over 70 websites and intranets for nearly three dozen credit unions and building societies serving over 500,000 members. The service provides:

• dedicated assistance with website/Intranet development and enhancement
• expert advice and support in website strategy
• use of a sophisticated and cost-efficient Content Management System
• a extensive and growing range of website tools
• comprehensive website campaign and marketing assistance
• secure hosting infrastructure, support systems and disaster recovery arrangements, etc
• comprehensive service standards

Operational since 2004, the eBusiness Service is provided through a joint partnership between Brighton Consulting and Shared Services Pty Limited.

Clients include IMB, Qantas Staff Credit Union, SERVICE ONE Members Banking and Hunter United and nearly three dozen other credit unions/mutual ADIs.
