We're proud to support the CUFA Village Entrepreneur Initiative campaign: 'Be the Change'
Village Entrepreneur Initiative
Many people in developing countries, especially those in rural and remote areas, do not have access to financial services for savings or access to affordable credit. This makes it difficult or impossible for them to create or expand small businesses, the backbone of strong and sustainable communities.
The CUFA Village Entrepreneur Initiative seeks to redress this problem by helping people in developing countries start their own business and thereby secure their futures.
The program is supported by individual Community Investors who donate $32 a month to support a Village Entrepreneur they choose:
- Individuals choose a village entrepreneur to support
- Community Investors provide ongoing funding
- CUFA manages the selection and support of Village Entrepreneurs as they are guided towards financial independence
To launch the program, CUFA has developed a communications campaign - 'Be the Change'.
Communications Campaign Package
In support of the 'Be the Change' campaign, Brighton Consulting has worked with CUFA to develop a co-branded mini-site and associated print pack.

The site and pack are a self-contained communications package that any organisation can use to publicise its support for the Village Entrepreneur Initiative. The mini-site also includes a section, Community Support, that can be used by organisations to promote their other sponsorship and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
It's a cost-effective, simple and practical way of maximising the effectiveness of your support for CUFA.
And as a reflection of our support for the program, we're making the whole communications package available to CUFA supporters for only a nominal charge.
