FormMaster is an online form system that enables clients to create secure, flexible, professionally-designed forms in minutes.

It is used by all of Brighton’s eBusiness Service clients to facilitate online applications, enquiries, surveys and internal questionnaires and staff training.

We continually dedicate substantial resources to ensure that FormMaster is secure, fast and easy to use.  FormMaster can assist with the effective management of:

FormMaster is fully supported and maintained.  Security enhancements and new features are rolled out regularly during planned maintenance windows.

Brighton will integrate FormMaster with other 3rd party systems (following extensive due diligence) if it improves the user experience or internal processes.  Brighton has recently enhanced FormMaster with online identity checking software (greenID and Veda) and address validation systems (QAS & RightAddress).  It is also the platform system for Brighton’s Electronic Identity Verification System (EIVS).

FormMaster is so simple to use, non-technical staff can design, build and maintain forms after only limited training. Creation and maintenance is facilitated by the following features.

Integrated Authoring Environment

FormMaster facilitates a seamless environment for content changes via a simple browser-based interface.

Database of ADI-specific Forms

We have a range of ADI-specific forms for clients to choose from including: home loan, personal loan, car loan, term deposit, savings and membership applications, contact and enquiry forms and member surveys.

Clients are able to take advantage of these forms or create and clone their own (however Brighton will create and edit forms as part of the eBusiness Service as required).

Simple Visual Editor

FormMaster uses a simple editor which provides intuitive editing commands and a WYSIWYG interface to help clients build forms quickly.  New pages/sections, drop down fields, radio buttons, check boxes, font features etc can be introduced easily by clicking the relevant icon.

Forms can be enhanced with a tailored introduction/welcome page, preview page, confirmation page and declaration/signature panel for printed forms via a simple tick box system.

Advanced Entry Features

Forms can be enhanced using a range of advanced entry features such as:

  • conditional validation (show or hide questions based on previous responses)
  • calculation (calculate assets, expenses and survey scores based on entries)
  • pagination (split the form into logical and manageable pages)
  • duplicate entry validation (prevent multiple form/survey submissions from one user)

Form data controls

FormMaster provides complete control over the privacy of your form data.

Forms are not viewable to users unless the user has been assigned via the simple radio button controls.

Users can be configured with view only access or the ability to view and approve each forms.

Email alerts can also be enabled or disabled at a form and a user level.

Password maintenance

Each user can maintain the security of their password via the re-set password functionality.

The data entered into FormMaster belongs to our clients. Our objective is to ensure clients are advised about completed submissions immediately, can access the data as required and track form progress. FormMaster facilitates this in the following ways.

Real Time Response

Data is recorded in FormMaster in real-time to ensure there is no delay in processing applications and/or enquiries.

Email Verification

FormMaster will issue an email to the email address(es) nominated in the system when a new form is submitted.  The client is able to define the format of the email and can include some of the form fields.  The email will contain a link to the form (accessible only via a username and password) to facilitate processing. In addition, to ensure form submissions are not overlooked, at 6:00 pm each day administrators will receive details of any unread forms.

Data Management

Within the administrator panel, clients can view or download information via excel, .pdf,  and HTML.  An optional declaration/signature panel can be included when printing via .pdf.
The status of each form is easily tracked via a simple icon system which shows if the form is unread, in progress, approved/actioned or declined.

Brighton is always looking to introduce new features to FormMaster which seek to maximise sales/enquiry leads.  Current features include the following.

Store Entries and ‘Save for Later’

FormMaster enables users to save forms for completion later.  It provides users with an access code at the point of saving and also via email.  Users are required to enter an email address and access code to reload their application.  This feature is very useful for long forms such as loan applications and helps minimise form abandonment.

Converting Saved and Abandoned Forms

FormMaster records all saved and abandoned form data; this is accessible via the client’s administrator panel.  Clients may wish to contact those individuals who have submitted incomplete forms to encourage form completion or to gain an understanding of any possible service issues.  Forms can be completed by the client or access codes reissued to members.

Statistics

FormMaster provides useful statistics on each form including the number of forms started, and completed.  The statistics can be used to identify any pages that are causing users to drop out so that they may be reengineered or removed.
