Marketing Co-ordinator/Administrator
Brighton Consulting is an expanding ebusiness and marketing consultancy. We are looking for passionate people to help build our business.
An opportunity exists for a junior marketing coordinator to join our inner Sydney office to work with a number of our clients in the banking/financial services sector.
This is a diverse role that will provide the successful applicant with a wide range of experience. The job involves:
- acting as the first ‘point of contact’ for enquiries, telephone calls, etc
- extensive client contact – liaising with clients re online marketing initiatives
- website campaign management
- working with in-house designer/developers to co-ordinate online marketing projects
- a range of general office administration including stationery oversight, event co-ordination, invoicing and accounts administration
Reporting to the Associate Director, the successful candidate must:
- be organised, proactive and forward thinking
- be prepared to assume responsibility for projects and see them through to completion
- be diligent and have an eye for detail - pedantry and attention to detail is most welcome :)
- be enthusiastic and keen to learn and grow your skill base
- have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- possess superior time management, office administration and analytical skills
- enjoy working in a small, growing, informal environment
- have a sound work ethic and be prepared to work flexible hours to meet client expectations
Previous exposure to marketing support will be highly regarded as will basic knowledge of:
- HTML
- Photoshop
- MYOB
The successful candidate will ideally be tertiary qualified. Most importantly, this person will be astute, creative, strategically focused and have a passion for delivering amazing outcomes for clients.
This role will provide variety and challenge. You will receive support and guidance plus an opportunity to actively contribute to new projects as a valued member of a small, growing team.
A performance-based salary package will be negotiated with the suitable candidate.
